About

Mariella Gattini is a Chilean-American writer of Italian origin who became a U.S. citizen in 2010. Having earned a degree in translation in 1994 from E.A.T.R.I., Escuela Americana de Traductores e Intérpretes in Santiago, Chile, and another degree in psychology in 2004, graduating summa cum laude, from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, the writer has lived in and visited different countries, submerging herself in their particular cultures. Today she is in the process of exploring the realities of every state in the U.S.

Interested in politics, the arts, and sciences of all kinds, she has no intention of being at the service of any political agenda or teachings of any kind. This writer wants to share her discoveries of the human power, the one that allows us to overcome anything and keep going. She still finds herself in awe before the infinity of the human spirit.
